I am a survivor, a Mom, wife Business woman, caregiver and animal lover. I have had many joys and huge obstacles to overcome in life and along the path I have grown, learned and use that to empower the ability to teach and give back helping people through learning from my experiences with tools and information to give them a sense of support and encouragement. a safe community to ask questions and support each other.
